Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) may be required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Important: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you’re located outside the United States, please note that international return shipments may take longer to arrive.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have.
Once your return is approved, simply place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

If approved:

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
